Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.
phjl.ph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phjl.ph balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. phjl.ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. phjl.ph processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes disclosed in the platform's banking section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phjl.ph reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the platform's banking terms. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on phjl.ph are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of offer. These include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus winnings.
Bonus funds credited to your phjl.ph account must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. phjl.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the change, provided the Player has not yet breached the applicable bonus terms.
All games available on phjl.ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and independent of previous results. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, phjl.ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's balance. phjl.ph will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager. phjl.ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their phjl.ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phjl.ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. phjl.ph will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude phjl.ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
phjl.ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, phjl.ph reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than breach — such as at the Player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.
Players may request the closure of their phjl.ph account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
